What better way to celebrate than raising funds for our global work that is progressing…
BFIRST are pleased to announce the upcoming arrival of three new overseas fellows to the UK for a 6-week fellowship this September. Prior to their fellowships they will be attending a course at the Manchester Hand Centre on 18 September on ‘Key Topics in Hand Surgery for the FRCS’.
We’ll be welcoming Linda Katusabe from Uganda who will be completing a Hand Surgery Fellowship in Exeter, Yasir Iqbal from Pakistan who’ll be undertaking a Craniofacial Fellowship in Belfast, Newcastle and Bristol, and Chukwunonso Jac-Okereke from Nigeria who will complete their Hand Surgery Fellowship in Chelmsford.
We are extremely grateful to all the units hosting the the new fellows, with special thanks to the Manchester Hand Centre for facilitating the initial course. The generosity and co-operation of each clinic is greatly appreciated and will offer a huge impact into the life-changing efforts of the aforementioned fellows in their respective countries.
